Who are you?

May sound like a simple question but lets dive deeper into the topic.

Let's start from the things we can see: Your body. Firstly the question is, if you are even your body or if you are only using it as a vehicle.

But for today let's pretend we are only this physical body which is creating this experience through senses such as sight, touch, smell, taste and hearing.

But looking a little bit deeper and everything changes. What is the body made of?

Thats right, cells. Most recent estimates put the number of cells at around 30 trillion

Consider this, it's an amazing thing that a merging of this many "seemingly independent cells" make up this body. But let's go even deeper, what's the basis of any cell, any "thing"?

Atoms. Everything we see as physical is made up of atoms.

Consisting of even smaller particles called electrons, protons and neutrons.

As you know there is a space between the protons and the electrons.

This space fills us up almost completely. 99,999999999 percent is only empty space. So in other words were only 0.000000001 % mass

So now lets go one step further. New discoveries show that even protons are made up of smaller subatomic particles. Quarks. These are basically just a "fast moving point" of energy.

So basically we can come to the conclusion that everything that we seem to understand as being "material" is just made of energy.

This realization can create a huge shift in your awareness, because now its clear. There is no separation. Everything is ONE.

Regarding vision work. You may think that anything you want to manifest seems so huge. Money, a car, a house on the beach. But what is it really? Just a whole lot of empty space and energy.

The same energy you are made of, the whole universe is made of.
